Or, we will do a full refund upon customers’ request.

For Any UNOPENED PRODUCTS, including compatible and re-manufactured ink cartridges, toners and drum units, We have a 30 days refund policy for full amount. We will provide a return label too to have the products back. This DOES NOT apply to customer ordering the wrong item.
